He has led over 50 national and multi-regional engagements for Fortune 500 clients across China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Prior to joining Solidiance, Shutin was a Senior Manager at the Shanghai office of Synovate Business Consulting where he was responsible for establishing and managing client relationships. With a strong experience in combining numerical and qualitative analytics, Shutin specializes in customizing advanced market segmentation and forecasting models to help clients identify and prioritize market opportunities and develop growth strategies. Shutin has rich experiences across numerous growth sectors throughout China and the Asia Pacific region, including Technology, Materials and Banking. Shutin combines sector and cross industrial best practices and leverages this knowledge to help clients develop successful market strategies. He holds a MBA from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor in Engineering (with Honors) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
