What is the history of Solidiance’s Abu Dhabi office?
Solidiance opened its Abu Dhabi office in 2014, marking the firm’s first foray into the Middle East. The Abu Dhabi practice is a keystone in the Solidiance network, acting as the gateway to the 21st Century Silk Road, connecting Solidiance’s Asia Pacific network and market expertise directly to the growth markets of the Arab world. Today, Solidiance Abu Dhabi works with some of the most influential corporations and family-owned businesses in the region, guiding them to strategically viable markets in Asia. Our Abu Dhabi office is also seeing an increase in projects brought forward by our Fortune 500 clients, keen to explore the Middle Eastern playground and seek potential partners, suppliers, and distributors.
How is Solidiance different than other consulting firms in the UAE?
Solidiance is unique in that it is a truly Asia-focused boutique consulting firm; with offices established throughout Asia, and only in Asia, we take great pride in not being “global”. Having a locally-based, Asia-focused practice means that our consultants are incredibly specialized, bringing a unique set of skills and languages to the table that other firms in the region don’t have. Some consulting houses may have limited experiences in Singapore or China, but few have Solidiance’s “Total Asia Package”. With offices in Singapore (HQ), China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam – we believe Solidiance is the only consulting outfit in the Arab World that can give clients a true on-the-ground Asia Pacific perspective.
How can Solidiance Abu Dhabi help our business to grow in UAE and across Asia?
Solidiance Abu Dhabi’s clientele can be categorized into two segments. First, we build ‘Solid Alliances’ with prominent Arab corporations and government entities looking to explore growth, partnership, and learning opportunities across Asia – whether its learning about green energy in Japan, developing Oil and Gas investments and partnerships in Indonesia, or benchmarking against government efficiency in Singapore. We help our clients navigate the Asian business landscape, and guide them to innovative business solutions. Secondly, Solidiance Abu Dhabi works with our Fortune 500 clients to evaluate Middle Eastern markets and identify growth acceleration opportunities in the Arab world. We often work with prominent companies to identify key markets and develop a market entry strategy to help clients establish and grow a sustainable business model in the Middle East.
