What is the history of Solidiance’s Myanmar office?
Solidiance Myanmar office was soft-launched in 2011 as more and more global companies requested our help in this emerging nation full of challenges and opportunities. Our early work in Myanmar has been focusing on providing clients with clear Myanmar market opportunity analysis, Myanmar entry strategies and Myanmar partner assessments. Our Myanmar office works closely with our Singapore and Thailand offices.
How is Solidiance different than other consulting firms in Myanmar?
We are both very local and very regional. Our Myanmar team is composed of native experienced Burmese staff who understand the terrain like no others. We do not fly-in foreign consultants from outside the country who have no relationships, no vernacular clue and who will learn the market at the client's expense. Solidiance Myanmar is not here to merely introduce parties and facilitate meetings. Solidiance's role is to identify market opportunities, validate the future of such opportunity and craft solid Myanmar market entry strategy. Our Myanmar market research services serve to feed our Myanmar growth strategy advisory. We were the first regional market entry and growth strategy advisory firm to set an office in Myanmar.
How can Solidiance Myanmar help our business to grow in Myanmar?
Since the Myanmar market is fairly new, opportunities are plenty, yet Solidiance helps clients to separate the hypes from marketplace facts. Since our office inception, we have conducted market assessments projects in several high growth Myanmar sectors, including, but not limited to, construction materials and building fittings, mining equipment, power generation, automotive, chemicals, and telecom infrastructure.
