The client was under pressure to provide more China-specific products and to increase customer service. They needed to validate the opportunity and areas for investment. They didn't know how to focus to take strategy to the next level.
Solidiance started by gathering both external and internal data on health care trends and spend levels per category. We were also interviewing clinicians, procurement and administrators to listen to both product issues and experience with our client. We assessed the nature of the opportunities available to the client, what would be needed and what could be achieved. The team mapped competitors’ strategies and opportunities.
Solidiance worked with the client’s team to help shape an implementable strategy and roadmap. We identified several key product and service barriers to growth as well identified key decision factors especially in Community Health Clinics which would affect product features in the future.
